Mr. McCall is a 1987 graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he obtained a B.A. in English Literature. He attended the Cumberland School of Law, where he was a member of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board and chairman of the Cumberland Ethics Committee. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1994, and then worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Hugh Maddox at the Alabama Supreme Court. He then worked as a staff attorney at the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals for the Honorable Charles Thigpen and the Honorable Sharon Yates, joining the firm in 1996. Mr. McCall's main area of practice is general civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, fraud, municipal liability, appellate work and civil rights. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts for Alabama as well as the United States Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit.
