Zahner, John P.

Ms. McAllister received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University in 1983. She received her Juris Doctorate from Humphreys College School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1988.

Ms. McAllister's areas of concentration include estates and wills, probate, alcohol beverage control matters and general business. Ms. McAllister is involved in many area organizations and has served as president of the Stanislaus County Commission for Women and of the Center of Human Services, a non-profit agency for at-risk youth. Ms. McAllister is a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Tuolumne County Bar Association, California Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Stanislaus County Estate Planning Council.

Ms. McAllister is also a member of the Judicial Arbitration panel for Merced County.
