Michael Wysocki is a respected Family Law litigator with extensive courtroom experience in jury and bench trials. He focuses his practice on cases involving divorce, premarital agreements, spousal support, child custody, termination of parental rights, international child abduction, grandparent visitation and custody rights, and adoption. Michael also represents clients in Collaborative Law matters.
Michael is a sought-after author and speaker on Family Law matters, and was a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class of 2010. His work has earned him recognition in the annual Texas Rising Stars listing from the publishers of Super Lawyers, a designation limited to the top 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Michael is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico, in addition to the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Texas. He is a former member of the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Michael graduated, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006 and was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2003.
