Cindy is an experienced and hard working litigator for the railroads and insurance companies that the firm represents.  She brings exceptional organizational and technological skills to her practice and the firm in general.  In the cases that Cindy takes to trial she is always meticulously prepared.  Enhancing Cindy’s litigation skills is a diverse array of experience.  She has been an instructor at Webster University in the St. Louis area in practical case management and client contact skills.  She has also instructed at St. Louis Community College in Civil Trial Procedure, Legal Problem Solving, Personal Property and Sales, Wills, Trusts and Probate.  Cindy is a key player in the firm’s ability to organize and prepare serious cases.  Cindy is the leader in the firm in the creation and development of new methods and techniques in the ever evolving world of technology to enhance and facilitate the firm’s practice.

Cindy’s unique value to the firm in the area of technology has resulted in no small part from her primary hobby which is the exploration and self education she enjoys in countless hours enhancing her understanding of all of the new electronic media constantly entering the market and the tasks to which it can be applied particularly in a legal practice.
