John Wright's practice focuses on a wide range of complex civil litigation issues, including commercial breach of contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, theft of trade secrets, and class action claims. John has litigated in state and federal courts across the nation, including extensive experience in the Northern District of Illinois where, among other victories, he has secured three complete summary judgment dismissals. John also has considerable experience in private arbitrations. Recently, he second-chaired an arbitration that secured a multimillion dollar award in favor of the client. John's experience comprises all aspects of litigation, including factual investigations, contentious discovery, retaining and working with expert witnesses, testimonial and evidentiary hearings, and appeals.
