Mike Martis practices in product liability defense and has substantial experience in the defense of complex, multicase product liability litigation. Mike's practice is concentrated primarily in discovery matters and trial support. For many years he has been part of the Firm's team representing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in smoking and health product liability actions and related health care cost reimbursement actions throughout the country. These actions have involved a wide variety of product liability and intentional tort claims, including claims for failure to warn, design defect, manufacturing defect, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
