Jamie Woodard joined Wellborn, Wallace & Woodard, LLC in 2004 after working for a large law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Woodard's practice includes the representation of diverse entities and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation, including complex, multi-party litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Woodard is also experienced in mediation, arbitration, UDRP (administrative resolution for domain name disputes), and all other types of ADR. Woodard has experience assisting and counseling Clients in matters related to intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, and service marks), laws and regulations relating to the Internet, e-mail, and conducting business on the Internet, and personal jurisdiction in the Internet context, as well as business and general commercial litigation, professional negligence claims, insurance coverage and regulation, premises liability, defamation, First Amendment claims, and other civil rights matters. Woodard received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Mercer University's College of Liberal Arts in 2000. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer's Walter F. George School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Woodard served on the Editorial Board of the Mercer Law Review, and was a National Semi-Finalist in the National Moot Competition. Woodard is a member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society.
