Wright, John D.

Bob is of counsel and a former partner at Mirick O'Connell. He spearheaded the firm's efforts to analyze, comprehend and implement the many operational and design changes required by ERISA following its enactment in 1974, and chaired the firm's Business Group for a number of years.

For more than 45 years, he has represented corporate and business entities in general corporate matters, with emphasis on corporate finance and acquisitions, employee benefit plans, and land use.

Bob was the 1996 recipient of the Saint Thomas More Society Award for Distinguished Attorney in recognition of his contribution to the profession and to the community. He was the 1994 recipient of the Miles Lincoln Award from the Worcester Children's Friend Society. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Corporate Law.
