Admitted to the California bar in 1992, Judith C. Wolff has practiced with John Winer since 1996, when she helped him to open his employment law department. Since then, Judith and John have litigated hundreds of cases together to successful resolution. In her capacity as of counsel to Winer & McKenna, LLP, Judith is actively involved in litigation of employment and medical malpractice matters; Judith is also an experienced workplace investigator who is available to counsel large and small employers on best employment practices.
Judith received her undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, Ct. She received an MFA in English from Syracuse University and spent several years teaching college English before going on to law school at Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Judith was Publications Editor of the Probate Law Journal and participated in the public defenders program through Middlesex Superior Court. Judith lives in the East bay with her son, two dogs, and a rabbit. She is legal advisor to German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of the San Francisco Bay Area, a 501©(3) charitable organization devoted to rescuing abandoned pointers.
