Diana Marsteiner is a partner with the Law Offices of Hinden & Breslavsky and is honored to defend the rights of injured workers. Ms. Marsteiner specializes in the area of workers’ compensation and has been with Hinden & Breslavsky since September 2004.
Ms. Marsteiner received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1997, with a major in English. She then attended law school and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pepperdine in 2000. Ms. Marsteiner has been practicing law since passing the bar in November 2000, and is certified to practice law in California, both in State and Federal Court. Ms. Marsteiner is a member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, a statewide association of attorneys dedicated to protecting the civil rights of injured and disabled workers. She is currently the Treasurer of the Southern California Applicant’s Attorneys Association and will become its President in September 2012.
Prior to joining Hinden & Breslavsky, Ms. Marsteiner practiced workers’ compensation representing defendants for about one year. She also spent the first three years of her legal career in civil litigation, specializing in the areas of environmental law, construction defect, employment law, legal and medical malpractice, and personal injury, representing plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Marsteiner believes that her experience on both sides of litigation has given her an inside perspective which has helped her to better represent injured workers.
