Worden, Rebecca L.

Brian Marstall is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. His practice includes developing strategies for obtaining patent protection for new products and advising clients to minimize patent infringement risks. Mr. Marstall manages patent matters for technology relating to underground and surface mining equipment, power tools, and various household appliances.

Mr. Marstall earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia. While in law school at Saint Louis University, he served as the Technical Editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He also competed in the Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.
