Born and raised in Lebanon, Frederick S. Wolfson is a 1964 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received his B.S. degree. He received his legal education from the Dickinson School of Law and his Juris Doctor degree in 1967. After completing his education, he returned to the Lebanon Valley and joined this law firm in 1968. He served as First Assistant District Attorney for Lebanon County from 1970 to 1978.
Mr. Wolfson was admitted to practice before the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bars in 1967. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a former Vice President and President of the Lebanon County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, where he is involved in the Corporation, Banking and Business Law section. Mr. Wolfson's professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the American Judicature Society and the American Health Lawyers Association. He is also serves on various local nonprofit organizations and bank boards.
Mr. Wolfson was named to Philadelphia Magazine's Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, the Ultimate Guide to the Best Attorneys in Pennsylvania, in 2003. He was selected by his fellow attorneys in the field of General Business.
