For more than 25 years, Beth Wolffe has advised and litigated on behalf of companies in all aspects of labor and employment law.  She negotiates employment contracts, non-compete and severance agreements, and drafts employee handbooks and policies that promote productivity and minimize legal liability.  Beth has litigated discrimination cases (including agency proceedings, jury and bench trials) based on claims of race, sex, national origin, religion, age and disability discrimination, as well as sexual harassment.  She advises employers on attendance issues affected by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Beth advises and defends employers in Department of Labor actions involving the Wage-Hour Division (overtime issues), the Service Contract Act (wage and benefits requirements for federal contractors), and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (affirmative action and equal opportunity regulations for federal contractors).

Her traditional labor experience includes collective bargaining in the manufacturing and transportation industries, election litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, unfair labor practice charges at every level of agency and federal court proceedings, and strike preparation and management.

She restricts her practice to representing employers and does not represent individuals against their employers.
