Witte, Randall J.

John P. Marini joined Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith in 2012, where he concentrates in Personal Injury Litigation. Attorney Marini received his Law Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and his Bachelor's Degree from Fairfield University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the U.S. District Court of Connecticut and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to joining Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith, Attorney Marini was employed by Montstream & May, where he focused primarily on Insurance Defense Litigation. He then worked for the firm of Tinley, Nastri, Renehan & Dost, where he concentrated on Insurance Defense, Personal Injury and Complex Litigation cases.

Attorney Marini places an emphasis on local community service and is presently serving his second term as a member of the Board of Aldermen for the City of Ansonia. His responsibilities as Alderman include Liaison to Ansonia's Economic Development Commission and member of the City's Finance Commission. He was also elected as Chairman of Ansonia's 2012-2013 Charter Revision Commission.

Attorney Marini draws upon his professional and community service experiences to advocate efficiently and effectively on his client's behalf. He is also committed to upholding the philosophy of compassionate service that has become a hallmark of Ventura, Ribeiro and Smith.
