Witenko, Jessica L.

Amy Winnick, an associate in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Department, joined Wiggin and Dana in 1999. Amy's practice and experience is concentrated in a variety of real estate matters, including purchases, sales, title insurance, easements, and leasing. Amy's primary practice focuses on residential purchases, sales, and refinances throughout the state, including one to four family homes, new construction, and condominium units.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Amy was Title Attorney for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, where she handled the title insurance portion of complex national commercial purchases and refinances and assisted Lawyer's Title attorney-agents with title issues. Prior to Lawyer's Title, Amy represented individuals and corporations in a variety of Connecticut real estate transactions in private practice.
