Wistner, Robert N.

Mr. Winer is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Business Trial Group. He joined the firm in 2008.

Practice

Mr. Winer focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has handled a wide variety of matters in various state and federal courts and in both US and international commercial arbitrations. Mr. Winer has also worked on a range of pro bono matters, including the representation of an Iraqi national seeking political asylum in the United States.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Winer was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
