Upon graduation from law school in 1982, Mr. Wincek joined the predecessor firm to Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin and Tominberg, Ltd. Mr. Wincek became a partner in 1988 and has given speeches and conducted training seminars on a wide range of labor relations topics in addition to serving as labor counsel to numerous private and public employers. Mr. Wincek is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available given by other attorneys regarding legal ability and ethical standards.
