Winters, Brian D.

Logan focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation and has successfully represented clients in arbitrations, at trials, and on appeal. In addition to his litigation practice, Logan has represented both employees and employers in employment-related disputes and has advised numerous executives about employment contracts.

Prior to becoming a member at Cannon, Mihill & Winkles, Logan practiced at one of the largest law firms in Atlanta where he represented Fortune 1000 companies in a wide variety of legal matters. He represented several hospitals in large payor disputes, a pharmaceutical company in a multi-million dollar patent infringement case, and a large fast-food franchisee in a landlord-tenant litigation.

Before entering private practice, Logan was a judicial law clerk for Judge Walter E. Johnson, the United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and Berry College.

Logan lives in Ormewood Park with his wife, Abby, his one-year old son, Carter, and his seven-year old mutt, Charlie. Abby is a school social worker; Carter is learning to walk; and Charlie is learning to run away from Carter.
