Kevin Maraist is a partner in the Firm and practices in the Insolvency & Creditors Rights and Litigation sections. He is a 1988 cum laude graduate of University of Houston Law Center and a member of The Order of the Coif. He has over 21 years experience in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, business litigation, collection and foreclosure matters throughout South and Central Texas. He is certified in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been continuously certified since 1995. He is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Texas. He is a cum laude graduate of Lamar University with a B.B.A in Finance. He was rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale Hubbell in 2010.
