Joe's practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation. He has helped handle a variety of intellectual property disputes involving complex technologies such as optical systems, telecommunications equipment, and medical devices. Joe assists in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and discovery to motion drafting and trial preparation. In addition, Joe advises his clients on product development issues and conducts patent infringement and validity studies.
