Since joining Jones Day, Sam has been involved in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, civil antitrust investigations, and products liability defense. Sam is part of Jones Day's team representing Southern Company and is also involved in the Firm's national representation of The Sherwin-Williams Company in allegations arising from the manufacture of certain lead pigments. Sam has firsthand experience in the various stages of discovery (including depositions) and with evidentiary and dispositve motions.
