Adrian's hybrid practice reaches across governmental and commercial organizations. She has primarily represented clients in complex litigation and class action defense, including litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels. In particular, Adrian's practice focuses on state and local government, condemnation, and real estate. Her recent cases include the trial and supreme court appeal in McCleary v. State (challenging the State’s underfunding of K-12 education), and Bearse v. Port of Seattle (defense of putative class action based on alleged inverse condemnation from airport noise).
