Wilton, Barry A

Bradley Wilson is an attorney at John H. Haskin & Associates in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bradley predominantly represents individuals in all aspects of employment law, including claims for unpaid wages, overtime, and employment discrimination, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Bradley has also served as lead counsel on behalf of employees in multiple class and collective actions alleging unpaid wages and overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Indiana Wage Statute. He recently argued before the Indiana Supreme Court in Mark J. Thatcher v. City of Kokomo,et. al.

Bradley is a magna cum laude graduate of Ball State University where he graduated with degrees in political science and social studies teaching as well as a Masters degree in teaching. He is likewise a summa cum laude graduate of Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, where he received his law degree in 1998. He is a member of the bars of Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has appeared and argued cases in state and federal courts. Bradley has written on various employment issues and has lectured on labor and equal employment matters at seminars attended by human resources professionals and attorneys.

Bradley formerly practiced for several years at a large downtown Indianapolis law firm where he represented companies in employment and labor matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. As he does now on behalf of employees, he once advised management professionals in making personnel decisions and in ensuring that their policies were compliant with federal and state employment law.
