Member of the State Bar of Georgia and admitted to practice in ail State and Federal Courts in Georgia including the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Presently serving as the City Attorney for the City of Chatsworth, Georgia and elected to the City of Dalton Board of Education in 2001 having served the last eight (8) years as Chairman.
