Wilson, Judith K.

Mr. Malley joined the firm in September 2012 after clerking for the Honorable Denis R. Hurley, United States District Judge, and the Honorable Lois Bloom, United States Magistrate Judge, both in the Eastern District of New York. He handles a variety of civil litigation matters in jurisdictions across the country, including personal injury claims, as well as product liability and commercial disputes.

Mr. Malley has a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, and a J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, where he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the New York City Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
