Mr. Maifair worked as a corporate manager for two years after graduating law school. In 2009, Mr. Maifair decided that he could better serve the people of East Tennessee as an attorney and became licensed that same year.
Mr. Maifair started his law career focusing on his criminal law practice. In the last 3 years, Mr. Maifair has represented numerous clients in criminal proceedings ranging from traffic citations to first degree homicide. Mr. Maifair's current practice includes family/domestic relations law, workers' compensation, personal injury, and appellate work.
