T. CRAIG WILLIAMS is a Partner in the Birmingham office and a member of the Real Estate, Lending and Commercial, Corporate and Financial Institutions Sections. Mr. Williams' principal practice areas include:
Representing financial institutions with negotiating all relevant procurement contracts.
Negotiating office, retail and ground leases for landlords and tenants.
Negotiating the acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped commercial real estate.
Representing businesses with respect to general corporate work, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and general contract work.
Representing individuals with respect to estate planning and estate administration.
Forming and representing tax exempt organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williams practiced with Adams and Reese LLP from 2003-2006 and before that with Feld Hyde Lyle Wertheimer & Bryant P.C. from 1998-2003.
