Jason Williams practices patent, trademark, and copyright law, with a primary focus on litigation. His experience includes lawsuits related to patents on telecommunications, industrial products, software, and business methods as well as trademark infringement actions. His experience also includes preparing noninfringement opinions and counseling clients regarding patent and trademark protection and enforcement.
Jason is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Jason spent three years conducting biomedical research at the University of Louisville's Department of Medicine in the nephrology and cardiology divisions.
