Vincent Macri is a founding and senior partner of the law firm McHugh & Macri, Esqs., which was established in 1978, and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a Veteran’s Administration Accredited attorney, as well as an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey Bar. Mr. Macri was chosen to 2010-2011 “Super Lawyers” as published in “New Jersey Monthly Magazine.” Mr. Macri has also been awarded a rating of AV Preeminent, the higest possible rating, by the peer review rating process of Martindale-Hubble. He received his BA degree from Seton Hall University in 1970 and his JD degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 1973
Since 1996 the focus of his practice has been in Medicaid planning, asset preservation and related real estate matters. As a member of the America Association of Justice, he also handles guardianships, conservatorship, estate litigation, as well as special needs trusts and probate issues.
Vince has lectured extensively for various professional associations, including accountants and caregiver support groups. He has also appeared on numerous radio programs as well as in publications on elder law disability law and planning.

Mr. Macri is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Macri is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. Bankruptcy Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
