Donna Mack was born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1966. She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Delaware in 1989 and her J.D. from the University of Washington with honors in 2000. While at the University of Washington she was the managing editor of the Washington Law Review from 1999 to 2000. Donna is the author of the 1999 article "Former Employees' Right to Relief Under the Americans with Disabilities Act," (74 Wash. Law Review 425). She was admitted to the Washington Bar in December of 2000 and clerked for Judge David H. Armstrong in the Division II Court of Appeals before joining our firm in September of 2001. Ms. Mack's practice currently emphasizes worker's compensation, Social Security disability, personal injury and employment discrimination law.
