Ken Lyons was a summer associate at Dickstein Shapiro in 1979, and joined the firm as an associate in 1980. He was elected to the partnership in 1988. Over 25 years, Mr. Lyons has represented a wide variety of clients in litigation involving breaches of commercial contract, violation of intellectual property rights, wrongful termination of employees, securities issues, and alleged business torts. He has served as trial counsel in both jury and bench trials before various federal and state courts. His clients have ranged from small- and medium-sized partnerships and corporations to large multiemployer benefit funds and multinational corporations. He also has represented both claimants and defendants in brokerage claims before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
