Justin MacCarthy has represented clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, private equity fund formation and investor representation, and public company counseling.

Recently, Justin has represented sovereign wealth and state pension funds in their private equity investments and has counseled a venture capital fund in its formation and portfolio company financings.

Justin is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. Prior to practicing law, Justin worked in the public sector in Vancouver, Canada.
