Paul A. Lundberg completed his undergraduate work at Pennsylvania State University, earning his B.A. degree in 1976. He then continued his education at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he received his J.D. with honors in 1979 and was designated as a Dana Scholar for academic achievement. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Lundberg obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the University of Florida.
After obtaining his tax degree, Mr. Lundberg practiced law in Clearwater, Florida before returning to Pennsylvania. He joined this firm in 1987.
Mr. Lundberg remains a member of the Florida Bar and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, belonging to the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
A substantial portion of Mr. Lundberg's practice involves assisting clients with estate planning and settlement. He also advises business owners, negotiates business agreements, and represents buyers and sellers in business transfers. His practice also includes real estate law, from residential transfers to representation of developers and lenders.
