Hillary received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College in 1992 and her Law degree from Wake Forest University in 1995. Hillary's practice focuses on the area of family law. She is a past member of the council of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has served as Chair for several of the Section's committees. Hillary is also a member of the Alamance County Bar Association and is a past member of the Executive Committee. In community and charitable affairs, Hillary is currently a Vice President of the Alamance County Arts Council. She has been on the board of the Girl Scouts' Tarheel Triad Council and the Burlington Junior Woman's Club.
