Jordan Ludwig is an associate at Blecher Collins Pepperman & Joye, P.C who joined the firm as a law clerk in June 2010 and as an associate in September 2011. Mr. Ludwig specializes in handling particularly complex and novel matters in lawsuits with very high stakes. He has enjoyed great success in the trial courts. With a sub-focus in appellate work, Mr. Ludwig has also written briefs at all levels of the California Courts and in multiple Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Ludwig has also written detailed opinion letters for large international corporations and large municipalities concerning whether certain practices violate the antitrust laws and has co-authored updates of a chapter on California's Unfair Competition Law in a leading treatise.

- Representing a putative class of former shareholders seeking "quasi-appraisal" under Delaware Law in a case that has been pending for over a decade. Mr. Ludwig recently briefed and argued an appeal on behalf of the putative class in the Sixth District California Court of Appeal.
