David H. Lund concentrates his practice exclusively on Social Security Disability law and obtaining benefits for disabled individuals. David spent the last nine years working for a national Social Security disability firm helping disabled individuals obtain benefits across the United States before joining the Ricci Law Firm PA in 2011. David is a member of the social security disability section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ).  David is also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).

David represents disabled individuals at all levels, including initial applications, reconsideration, appearance at hearings and appeals to the appeals council.
