Jennifer Lurken is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on personal injury. She is also experienced in areas of bankruptcy litigation, employment law matters, construction defect claims, trademark matters, and business litigation. In 2008, Jennifer was named an "Up and Coming New Lawyer" by Minnesota Lawyer. Jennifer graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2005, where she was a Founders Scholarship Recipient and William Mitchell Scholarship Recipient. During law school, Jennifer was a member of the Moot Court team and represented clients through William Mitchell's Civil Advocacy Clinic.
