After graduating from law school, he served as general counsel to the Versalign, Inc. f/k/a AmeriStar Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Ludman was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2004 and in Delaware in 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware and Gloucester County Bar Associations.
Mr. Ludman was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1974.
