Whitehead, Allan P.

Mr. Luginbill served six years in the U.S. Navy's submarine fleet. While in law school, he served as the President of the Criminal Law Society and the Federalist Society. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, and is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Federal District Court. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, and the Federalist Society.

Mr. Luginbill engages in general trial practice including criminal, personal injury, real estate, Worker's Compensation, Social Security, divorce, and custody matters.
