Philip B. Whitcomb, Esquire is Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson's experienced Employment and Labor Law Attorney. We are fortunate to have Mr. Whitcomb, the former Director of Office of Employee Relations for the State of New Jersey, and a former Vice President of Labor Relations for Trans World Airlines having served that airline twice, under two separate management groups. Mr. Whitcomb is Of Counsel to Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson and acts on behalf of the firm in matters involving Labor Law, Labor Negotiations and as an invaluable aid in formulating our approach to Labor litigation matters. Mr. Whitcomb's years of relationships with many local labor leaders helps to facilitate rapid and successful contract negotiations. In addition, he oversees and mentors our younger Associates in Employment & Labor Law. Through his efforts, we are providing our clients with top representation in these areas.
