White, Marshall T.

Ms. Westling's practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, white collar crime, workers' compensation, and complex business and civil litigation, including arbitration and mediation.  She has extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Illinois.  Ms. Westling's litigation experience includes Medicare fraud, environmental crimes, civil and criminal RICO claims, and death penalty appeals.

Prior to joining Guilfoil Petzall & Shoemake, L.L.C., Ms Westling practiced with the St. Louis law firms of Lashly, Baer & Hamel, PC and Moline, Shostak & Mehan, LLC.  Ms. Westling also previously worked for the Missouri Department of Revenue and The Missouri Bar.
