Attorney Ed White has practiced law for more than 20 years and manages his own Immigration Law practice in Boston, providing solutions for foreign nationals and their employers who seek employment-based work visas and permanent residency (green card). Mr. White's primary focus is advising advanced degree professionals, many of whom are persons of extraordinary ability and those working in the national interest, or on outstanding research which serve as the basis for their employment in the U.S. He also works with diverse employers ranging from small start-up to large publicly traded companies, who sponsor employees for H-1B, L-1 and E work authorization and PERM labor certification. Ed is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England chapter, serving since 2010 on the Executive Board, currently as Chair-Elect.
