Whelan, Brian D.

Shawn Love is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Department. His experience includes general corporate, technology and commercial transactions, including entity formation and organization; equity and debt financings; mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions; taxation; and product distribution, services and sales agreements.

Shawn received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Shawn received his M.A. in Political Science from Yale University and graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Maryland.
