Keith M. Welch is a partner in the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Welch graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Mechanical Engineering in 1972 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law School in Baton Rouge in 1976. His practice is primarily in the areas of Business and Consumer Bankruptcy. He represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy. Mr. Welch is certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist. Mr. Welch formerly served on the Bankruptcy Advisory Commission for the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
