Wenger, Brian D.

Attorney Modesto Lopez completed his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, in 1973. Later he completed his Juris Doctor degree at the Catholic University.

In 1977 is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico, and 1986 in Florida. Since 1990 he limits his practice to represent debtors who seek relief under the Federal Bankruptcy Law, having filed over two thousand cases during the last 22 years.

Mr. Lopez is member of the following institutions: Florida Bar, and Puerto Rico Bar. He is also a former member of the Local Bankruptcy Rules Advisory Committee.
