Wells, Todd B.

Mr. Weisberger joined Williams, Caliri, Miller & Otley, P.C. in 1989 as an Associate and became a Shareholder of the firm in 1993. His practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and estate, gift and income tax planning. Mr. Weisberger is a frequent lecturer on various estate and trust, business and tax planning matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weisberger was with Coopers & Lybrand as an associate (1980-1984), where his practice included gift, estate, and corporate and tax planning. From 1985-1987 he was with the estate and tax planning law firm of Jerome A. Deener, P.C., Hackensack, New Jersey, as a tax Associate, and from 1987-1989 he was a tax attorney with Sills, Cummis, Zuckerman, Radin, Tischman, Epstein & Gross, Newark, New Jersey.
