Lauren is a resident of Los Angeles County, and was admitted to the California State Bar and United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2007. In 2004, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In 2007, Lauren received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a member of the Honors Trial Team and Moot Court Board. Her practice has included the defense of health care professionals and entities in malpractice, premises liability, and employment law matters. Lauren is a member of Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Her current practice is focused on the defense of clients in general negligence and products liability matters.
