Ms. Lockhart joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. in 2002 after she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock. She is admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts. She is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Ms. Lockhart is a member of the Cameron County Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyer's Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
