Mr. Lo Presti Reyes has ample experience in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and operation of real properties in Puerto Rico, including, among others, planned communities, hotel/hospitality projects, public housing projects, shopping centers and telecommunications tower sites. Additionally, he has actively participated in the negotiation, structuring and closing of all types of financing transactions, debt restructurings and workouts, and in the transfer of distressed property and foreclosure proceedings.
