Attorney Tedesco is a Boston native. She graduated from magna cum laude from Barnard College in New York City with a double major in English and Political Science, and attended Boston College Law School. After graduation from law school, she worked as an associate at Weston, Patrick, Willard & Redding, P.A. in Boston, where she practiced child welfare litigation, business law, estate planning, probate, and family law. In 1999, Attorney Tedesco drafted an amicus curiae brief which was submitted to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on behalf of The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. in Adoption of Lars, 431 Mass. 1106 (2000). Thereafter, she joined her husband's practice, Tedesco & Twomey, P.C. in Woburn, Massachusetts, where she continued to practice estate planning, probate, and family law, with a particular focus on the needs of non-traditional families. Attorney Tedesco continues to focus in these areas at Gosselin Law. She provides estate planning services, including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, and Durable Powers of Attorney, and probates estates in all Massachusetts courts. Attorney Tedesco provides services with a special focus on the needs of gay and lesbian individuals, couples, and families, including estate planning, prenuptial agreements, co-parent adoptions, and divorce.
Attorney Tedesco is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for Category D guardianship matters. She is a member of the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association.
Attorney Tedesco is married to Attorney Robert W. Tedesco, Senior Attorney and Practice Chair at GosselinLaw. They live in Winchester, and have a son and a daughter. Attorney Tedesco is on the Board of Directors of The Next Door Center for the Arts, located in Winchester, Massachusetts. She is a Past President of the Barnard Club of Boston, and currently serves as Regional Networks Chair for the Alumnae Association of Barnard College.
